Covenant HealthTraxx

HealthTraxx is a Covenant Health initiative that supports current caregivers in advancing their education and transitioning them into high-demand healthcare roles by offering tuition reimbursement, work/school bonus hours, educational support, and pathways to full-time employment after graduation. Eligible participants are current Covenant Health caregivers enrolled in approved educational programs such as Patient Care Technician, Nursing (LVN, RN, ADN, BSN), Radiologic Technologist, etc., who sign an agreement to work full-time post-graduation. Participants in HealthTraxx may not utilize Guild Educational benefit while in HealthTraxx.

HealthTraxx Education Assistance

Covenant Health (CH) provides education assistance to Covenant caregivers who enroll in and successfully complete certain approved healthcare training programs. In exchange for the assistance provided, a signed agreement to work at Covenant Health is required with a year-for-year repayment.

HealthTraxx Programs

There are two programs designed to assist you financially while you attend school full-time. The HealthTraxx programs are:

  • HealthTraxx Tuition Reimbursement Plan

    Through Covenant Health's HealthTraxx program you can receive partial tuition reimbursement for each successfully completed semester of school from an approved program. CH will pay a total of $5,000 tuition reimbursement to students enrolled in a 1-year training program, $10,000 tuition reimbursement to students enrolled in 2-year programs. Other programs are available. Eligible students must sign a work agreement.

  • HealthTraxx Work/School Plan

    If you are currently a full-time or part-time CH employee, you can receive BONUS HealthTraxx hours on your paycheck when school is in session. Eligible students must sign a work agreement.

*If the student is a part-time employee the student must work a minimum of 16 hours or more per week while school is in session. Part time caregivers can get up to 4 hours per week if they work at least 16 hours. When school is not in session, the student must work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

*If the student is a full-time employee the student must be able to work an average 24 hours per week while school is in session and can receive up to an additional 8 hours of pay per week plus full-time employee benefits. When school is not in session, students are expected to work their full hours.
