About our program
Operated by our Clinical Academy, a highly distinguished and accredited institution, we focus on educating and supporting our new graduate RNs in a number of evidence-based ways.
Core fundamentals
- All units attend together
- Mix of classroom and virtual learning
- Completed over 6-12 months
- Meet an average of 4 hours each month
- Focus on: professional development, research, certifications, death and dying, nurse fitness and more
Specialty courses
- Start immediately, coinciding with core fundamentals
- Specific to both your chosen specialty and assigned unit
- Average of 4 months
- 8-hour classes with required pre-class prep time
- Hands-on training
- Simulation Lab used
Support & guidance
- One-on-one time with a Senior Nurse mentor from another specialty unit
- 6 month mentorship program with paid monthly meetings
- Onboarding assistance
- Preceptorships helping you work with your first patients
