Physician Assistant Sixtus moved to Lubbock 24 years ago, and loved both the town and his job so much he’s since been helping other Cameroonians relocate and find employment at Covenant.

We cultivate belonging at Covenant through Caregiver Resource Groups. RN Stetson, a member of our PRISM LGBTQIA+ group, says, “The culture of inclusivity is really important to me. I remember growing up and feeling not always accepted. At Covenant, we have a lot of resources to make people feel included. Being a part of PRISM has really helped me get to know my own community around me at Covenant and within the local community of Lubbock.”
